Wash Duck

Wash Duck is a smart, end-to-end laundry, storage, and delivery service platform, built from the ground up to deliver a modern, seamless customer experience. The project spanned digital, physical, and brand touchpoints—creating a unified ecosystem that connected users with on-demand laundry and storage services via mobile app, website, and retail outlets.

The mobile app was designed to support the complete service journey, including scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, managing stored items, selecting service options, making payments, and tracking order status in real time. The web presence extended this functionality, providing new users with service discovery and sign-up options, while ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.

Beyond digital design, the brand extended into physical retail through signage, laundry bags, and store experience elements, ensuring customers encountered a cohesive visual and experiential identity at every stage. Marketing channels—including social media, printed collateral, and promotional videos—were also designed to amplify brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Led brand identity design, including the logo, color palette, typography, and physical collateral (name cards, laundry bags, signage), establishing a consistent and memorable brand image.

  • Designed end-to-end UX and UI for the Wash Duck mobile app, covering key flows from booking and storage management to payment and order tracking.

  • Created layout and visual design for the official website, ensuring alignment with the app’s design language while highlighting service value propositions.

  • Produced app store materials (screenshots, icons, descriptions) to optimize discoverability and downloads.

  • Designed and delivered marketing assets such as promotional videos, Facebook feed creatives, posters, and stickers, boosting brand engagement across channels.

  • Collaborated closely with business stakeholders to ensure consistency across digital and offline experiences, unifying the brand presence.
