Multiple sales channels needed to operate on a single source of inventory without conflicts, while supporting intricate booking rules (time slots, bundled resources, concessions) and remaining reliable during high-traffic on-sale windows. The system also had to be intuitive for the public and efficient for staff, with bilingual access and accessibility built in.

Created a unified design system that seamlessly adapts across web, mobile, and kiosk interfaces. Developed touch-friendly interactions for kiosks while maintaining consistency with mobile gestures and desktop navigation patterns.

The new booking system successfully launched across all platforms. User feedback highlighted the intuitive interface design and seamless cross-platform experience.
