End-to-end design and delivery of a multi-channel Venue Booking and Ticketing System (VBS) for Kai Tak Sports Park (KTSP), ensuring compliance with both government regulations and client-specific operational requirements.

The platform provided a seamless ticketing journey across web, mobile app, kiosk, and POS, covering seat selection, booking, payment, e-ticket generation, and entry validation. Developed and validated front-end prototypes for all channels, with particular focus on high-traffic scenarios such as large-scale sports and entertainment events.

The project also included admin portal modules for event configuration, pricing rules, seat map management, and ticketing analytics dashboards, enabling staff to manage real-time demand and monitor sales performance. Pre-launch testing covered end-to-end booking flows, payment gateway integration, barcode/QR verification, and load testing, ensuring a stable go-live under peak loads.
