Delivered end-to-end UX/UI and system design for a mission-critical electoral statistics input system, supporting over 600 polling stations. The platform encompassed both mobile applications for frontline staff and a web-based admin portal for central management.

Work included creating UI mockups, interaction diagrams, and API specifications for polling station setup, ballot configuration, and candidate management. Designed validation rules to handle both online and offline modes, ensuring uninterrupted service during high-load election periods. Developed and tested front-end modules with modern JavaScript frameworks. Enforced compliance with government security policies (session timeout, account lockout, encryption). Conducted integration and performance testing, validating stability before large-scale deployment.
